1 127 companies from 35 countries presented modern products and technologies at MIMS Automechanika Moscow

 

32 018 visitors from 60 countries got a full insight into the industry during MIMS Automechanika Moscow

Hundreds of professionals participated in events covering a whole range of topics in automotive industry, aftermarket and technical services at AGORA conference area 

The 19th edition of MIMS Automechanika Moscow presented a wide range of spare parts, auto components and car maintenance equipment from 24 to 27 August 2015 in Moscow.

During the 4 days 32 018 professional visitors from 60 countries managed to see the products, presented by 1 127 exhibitors from 35 countries, including the top players of the world aftermarket such as AUDI, ASHIKA, ASIMCO, BOSCH, GAZ GROUP, HITACHI, MERCEDES- BENZ RUS, BREMBO, DAYCO, DENSO, EXIST, MANN+HUMMEL, OPTIBELT, SCHAEFFLER, SAIPA, SOGEFI GROUP, TENNECO, VALEO SERVICE, ZF FRIEDRICHSHAFEN and many others. 

MIMS Automechanika Moscow got a powerful official support from the international professional and trade associations as well as from governmental structures -National Pavilions of China, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey hosted the leading companies presenting their products to Russian professional audience.

For the third year MIMS Automechanika Moscow featured “Truck Competence” to highlight the range of products and services in the commercial vehicles section, which has been of a special interest for professional visitors of the trade fair as well as for the industry in general. This year 182 companies participated in the Truck Competence program.

The total exhibition area of 43 445 square meters covered 12 halls in 5 Pavilions of Moscow Expocentre and an outdoor exposition.

For the first time MIMS Automechanika launched an open conference area AGORA, hundreds of professionals participated in 14 tailor-made events co-organized by the Russian industry experts covering a whole range of topics in automotive industry, aftermarket and technical services.

The highlight of business program - VI International Moscow Automotive Forum (IMAF) organized in partnership with the Association of European Businesses in the Russian Federation (AEB) was successfully held within the trade fair on the 25th of August 2015, moderated by Alex Zaguskin, Managing Director of AZ Enterprise. 

180 delegates from Russia, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, India, the Netherlands and Turkey discussed the burning issues of the current situation in Russian automotive industry:

§  New stage of automotive industry in Russia: trends and forecasts 

§  Localisation in current economic situation

§  Financing and refinancing of projects in the automotive industry

§  Aftermarket development in Russia

The top level of Forum is powered by high-profile speakers - CEOs of the leading brands and opinion shapers of the Industry - Bo Andresson (President of Avtovaz), Kirill Epstein (Director of Automotive components Division, Gaz Group), Marcus Osegowitsch (General Director of Volkswagen Group RUS), Nikolay Khodosevich (Deputy Vice President of JV Ford Sollers)¸ Jaron Wiedmaier (General Director of Continental Tires) and many others.

For the second time IMAF featured B2B speed dating - direct negotiations between car components manufacturers, car-makers and wholesale buyers. More than 30 direct B2B negotiations provided participants a unique opportunity to present their products to purchasing managers of leading wholesale buyers and OEMs such as Ford Sollers, Avtotor, PCMA and others.
